The Hollywood Grande design is inspired by a 16th century Venetian Palace, reflected in the many unique architectural details and earthy colors of that region and time. Perfect for the tropical South Florida climate, the project will feature airy courtyards, shaded walkways, a rooftop pool, lounge area and various look out points to enjoy the beauty of the Hollywood Beach barrier island.

The Hollywood Grande Bridge and Archway, connecting the two buildings, will become a landmark on Ocean Boulevard. They will enhance the village feel of Hollywood Beach, inviting visitors and locals alike to stroll down picturesque Pierce street.

The project will feature a state of the art automated parking system, with German Engineering and GE based Software, providing a safe and convenient parking-storage of vehicles.
