Fabrizio Passalacqua the developer of the Hollywood Grande Hotel Resort, has over 35 years of hospitality experience on two continents, including sales, operations and development of hotels in Europe, USA and the Caribbean. A graduate in Marketing from the University of Rome, and from the Holiday Inn University. He managed resorts in Sardinia - Italy; had positions with the Bettoja Hotel Group in Rome, and at the Frankfurter-Hof in Germany. His North American background includes executive positions with Holiday Inn, Inc. in numerous capacities and Marshall Management Inc., a hotel Management Company, based in Maryland.
In 1992 he founded Calypso Hotels Jamaica, a hospitality firm managing over 1300 hotel rooms , and later. In 1997 he formed ForStar Hotels, a joint venture management company with Miami based Lionstone Group and a portfolio of 6 hotels in the Caribbean and Florida.
